Achraf Hakimi is seriously considering a return to Real Madrid to play alongside Kylian Mbappe Ramon Fuentes of Mundo Deportivo reports.
Hakimi unlike Mbappe will not be coming to Madrid in 2024 but has his target in the 2025 summer market when he will have one year left on his contract with PSG.
Hakimi and Mbappe have developed close ties at PSG and are considered best friends both on and off the pitch. That could be one of the reasons Morroccan is considering a return to Madrid. Another reason could be Hakimi close relationship with Los Blancos.
The 25-year-old was bred in Madrid and began his career 13 years ago at Real Madrid Castilla Academy. Unfortunately he failed to secure his place in the first team and was later sold to Inter in 2020. A year later he joined PSG.
Real Madrid are looking to sign a full-back with Bayern Alphonso Davies considered a possible summer option. However Hakimi could also take on the role with the aging Dani Carvajal and Lucas Vazquez is unsure of his future at Real Madrid.
