Sure we know that with these players their bellies are still empty because they have not won much and they want to improve Arteta said.
That is part of the reason we want to renew their contract because we know this is encouraging and gives them a reassurance.
It acts as an incentive to continue what they are doing. It will not stop them wanting to get better because they are still young and have a lot to do. These games are tricky. We need to understand the difficulties and demand to the best of our ability.
