Jacobs reports that Aaron Ramsdale has resigned due to the fact that he will lose his place in the England squad after spending much of the 2023/24 season at Arsenal.
Ramsdale is reportedly frustrated with the fact that Gareth Southgate is expected to make Jordan Pickford No. 1 for Euro 2024.
Jacobs added that Ramsdale is unlikely to get a chance to play unless Pickford is injured.
As a second choice at Arsenal Aaron will not start all matches for England. He has made just eight appearances in all competitions this season.
The reporter also added that Ramsdale departure from Arsenal looks even more likely at the end of the season.
