Fabrizio Romano says Kepa Arrizabalaga will return to Chelsea at the end of the season and the decision is sealed by Real Madrid.
Kepa has a chance to strengthen his Real Madrid future after being brought in to replace the injured Thibaut Courtois last summer but he lost his way in January after a series of serious mistakes.
Meanwhile Andriy Lunin took his chances with both hands and showed Ancelotti why he did not need to see more.
Therefore Lunin was installed as the first choice and Kepa was cut off from the seat permanently.
Real Madrid now have plans with Lunin for the future as they await Courtois recovery next season. Romano says the plan is to hand over Lunin new contract in the coming weeks.
Real Madrid have paid 1 million to sign Kepa from Chelsea on a one-year loan deal. The transfer was made without any obligation but the goalkeeper said it was his dream to stay at Real Madrid for many years. Sadly for him it will not happen.
