Jude Bellingham received the Golden Boy Award which he won last month.
The Real Madrid midfielder expressed his happiness after being honored with an individual trophy by Tuttosport.
I want to thank my Real Madrid teammate and the whole team Ancelotti my family head my mother Denise my father Mark my brother Jobe a friend who helped me and enjoyed the message. Congratulations and those who continue to do so well Bellingham said.
Without all these people without help on and off the pitch their constant encouragement and not forgetting the fans who support me I could not have won the Golden Boy.
There are a lot of happy people in Madrid starting with the president but more importantly I am proud of myself. Happy and clear I thank all the voters who voted for me.
I really look forward to it it is a lifetime trophy that can only be won once. I was the third Englishman to win it after Wayne Rooney one of my stars and Sterling.
It was my last chance because in 2024 I will not be able to compete anymore because I will be too old to win.
I am just happy to be here for the third time Bellingham concluded. Golden Boy is another motivation for me to give more effort and do better. Better.
Back in October Bellingham also won the Ballon d'Or Kopa Trophy for the best young footballer in the world.
