England manager Gareth Southgate will seek reassurances for Marcus Rashford before naming his next England squad.
The Man United striker missed Sunday FA Cup win in Newport County. A few days ago he was spotted at a Belfast nightclub.
He reported to the club that he was ill on Friday and missed the game. Man United have since addressed the issue and confirmed it is over.
However it is reported that Southgate will have to re-negotiate before deciding whether to include his name in his plans for a March friendly against Brazil and Belgium.
Southgate will name his final Three Lions team next month for friendlies against Brazil and Belgium in March.
If Southgate decides to sack Rashford it will cast doubt on the chances of the player being ruled out of the Euro.
