Nottingham Forest receive major bid from Lyo Orel Mangala transfer

Nottingham Forest have received a 30million bid from Olympique Lyon for the transfer of midfielder Orel Mangala according to The Athletic.

This includes all add-ons but is a key bid for a player the Premier League has signed for just 10.5 million in 2022.

Lyon have stepped up their transfer offer for Mangala with the knowledge that Forest is under pressure to raise funds through a transfer after being recently accused of violating its PSR profits and sustainability laws. PL.

The French side who are currently 16th in Ligue 1 believe Mangala are keen to join them and help them get out of this difficult situation.
