Mikel Arteta is happy that his Arsenal side have conceded fewer goals this season than last year. The Gunners have conceded just 21 goals the second-lowest in the Premier League.
In comparison Man City conceded 27 goals while Tottenham and Man United conceded 35 and 37 respectively.
Speaking ahead of the game against Liverpool Arteta said There are times when you provoke something and other things that your opponent attitude determines what the game requires and what you can do.
We were still a team that defended against the deep block last season it's nothing new and we have still scored in different ways over the last two weeks as well which is good to see So the team controlled every aspect of the game.
We got less than last season and obviously we are making more. It has to be seen in the standings and that is the challenge.
