Frenkie De Jong can no longer affect Barcelona. According to OnzeTV3 Barca are seriously considering selling the Dutchman to raise money this summer.
The same goes for Ilkay Gundogan and a number of other senior players including Ter Stegen. Barca believe they can raise the funds needed to please the FFP if they make big sales.
It would hurt Barca if they wanted to part ways with De Jong considering what he brought to the team technically. However the Dutchman is the club highest earner and Barca have tried to lower his salary but have been unsuccessful. If those deals continue to be unsuccessful this summer the sale of the 26-year-old will be a real possibility.
